These Terms and Conditions govern the authorization, operation, supervision, and compliance standards of Qanoon House franchise offices operating under the institutional framework of Qanoon Group, Pakistan. By applying for or operating a Qanoon House franchise, the applicant or franchise operator agrees to comply with the following legal, operational, and ethical requirements.

Nature of Qanoon House Franchise

Qanoon House operates as a supervised legal services coordination franchise under Qanoon Group. Franchise offices function as authorized local legal service coordination centers, facilitating lawful documentation, client intake, and service coordination under the professional supervision and institutional standards of Qanoon Group.

A Qanoon House franchise does not constitute independent legal practice unless operated by a licensed advocate entitled to practice under applicable Pakistani law.

Eligibility for Franchise Authorization

Franchise authorization may be granted to individuals or entities meeting one or more of the following criteria:

  • Licensed advocates enrolled with a Bar Council
  • Law graduates or legal professionals
  • Established legal consultants or documentation service providers
  • Retired judicial or legal officers
  • Law-related entrepreneurs with relevant experience

Applicants must demonstrate professional integrity, lawful service intent, and capacity to operate a public-facing legal services office.

Scope of Authorized Activities

A Qanoon House franchise office may coordinate and facilitate lawful services including:

  • Legal documentation preparation and processing
  • Client intake and case coordination
  • Court marriage and family law documentation facilitation
  • Civil, criminal, corporate, taxation, banking, and regulatory documentation coordination
  • Legal notices, affidavits, agreements, and declarations
  • Referral of matters to Qanoon Group advocates where legal representation is required

Franchise offices shall not independently provide legal opinions, court representation, or legal advice unless the operator is a licensed advocate authorized under Pakistani law.

Supervision by Qanoon Group

All Qanoon House franchise operations remain subject to supervisory standards and procedural guidance issued by Qanoon Group. Franchise operators must comply with:

  • Documentation formats and procedural protocols
  • Legal compliance procedures
  •  Ethical service standards
  •  Brand usage guidelines
  • Client handling protocols
  • Educational and informational positioning issued by Qanoon Group

Qanoon Group may review, audit, inspect, or supervise franchise activities to ensure lawful and professional compliance.

Brand and Name Usage

The name Qanoon House and all associated branding elements remain the exclusive intellectual property of Qanoon Group. Franchise operators receive limited authorization to use the brand solely for approved franchise operations.

Franchise operators shall not:

  • Alter or modify the brand name or logo
  • Represent themselves as Qanoon Group partners without authorization
  • Use Qanoon House branding outside approved services
  • Register similar or derivative names

All goodwill arising from franchise operations accrues to Qanoon Group.

Franchise Location and Office Standards

Franchise offices must operate from a verifiable physical location accessible to the public, preferably near court complexes, district headquarters, or major tehsil court towns.

All franchise offices must meet the professional appearance, infrastructure, and client-service standards established by Qanoon Group flagship branches, including Saddar Karachi, Gulistan-e-Johar, and other approved model offices.

Qanoon Group reserves the right to inspect, approve, or require upgrading of franchise premises to maintain brand integrity.

For Islamabad Capital Territory franchises, the approved naming convention shall be:
Qanoon House – [Sector Name] Islamabad

Territory and Exclusivity

Franchise authorization is granted for a defined city, district, or tehsil jurisdiction as determined by Qanoon Group. Territorial exclusivity, when granted, applies only to the approved jurisdiction and may depend on population density, court structure, and service demand.

Qanoon Group reserves the right to authorize additional franchise offices within the same city or district where required for public legal accessibility.

Transparency and Standardization of Documentation

To ensure nationwide uniformity and lawful compliance, franchise operators must utilize standardized legal documentation formats and templates issued by Qanoon Group, including standardized Nikah Nama formats, legal affidavits, corporate filings, and other approved legal documents.

Franchise operators shall not modify or substitute standardized legal formats without authorization.

Anti-Misrepresentation and Legal Positioning

Franchise operators shall strictly adhere to official legal positions and educational guidance issued by Qanoon Group.

Franchise operators are prohibited from:

  • Misrepresenting legal procedures or outcomes
  • Marketing legal processes inaccurately
  •  Presenting investigative statements or criminal procedures as protective legal orders
  • Disseminating misinformation inconsistent with Qanoon Group legal positions

All public content, advertising, and client communication must align with approved Qanoon Group legal education standards.

Compliance with Law

Franchise operators must comply with all applicable laws of Pakistan, including regulations governing legal practice, documentation, taxation, consumer protection, and business operations.

Any unlawful activity, misrepresentation, or unauthorized legal practice constitutes grounds for immediate franchise suspension or termination.

Professional Conduct

Franchise operators must maintain professional conduct and ethical standards in all client interactions. Franchise offices shall not:

  • Guarantee legal outcomes
  • Misrepresent legal procedures
  • Engage in coercive or unlawful client acquisition
  • Provide unauthorized legal advice
  • Charge unlawful or misleading fees

All services must be presented as coordination or facilitation under Qanoon Group supervision unless provided by a licensed advocate.

Fees and Financial Arrangements

Franchise operators may charge service coordination fees consistent with Qanoon Group guidelines and local market conditions. Franchise, supervision, brand usage, or revenue-sharing arrangements, where applicable, shall be specified in a separate franchise authorization agreement.

Confidentiality

Franchise operators must maintain the confidentiality of all client information, documents, and legal matters handled through Qanoon House operations. Disclosure is permitted only where required by law or authorized by Qanoon Group.

Termination of Franchise Authorization

Qanoon Group may suspend or terminate franchise authorization where the operator:

  • Violates these Terms and Conditions
  • Engages in unlawful or unethical conduct
  •  Misuses the Qanoon House brand
  •  Fails to maintain operational standards
  •  Engages in unauthorized legal practice
  • Disseminates misinformation inconsistent with Qanoon Group positions

Upon termination, the operator must immediately cease use of the Qanoon House name, signage, branding, and materials.

Relationship with Qanoon Group

A Qanoon House franchise constitutes an authorized service coordination relationship and does not create partnership, employment, or agency status with Qanoon Group unless separately agreed in writing.

Legal representation and professional legal services remain the responsibility of licensed advocates affiliated with Qanoon Group.

Amendments

Qanoon Group reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions to maintain legal compliance, operational standards, and franchise integrity. Updated terms become binding upon publication or notification.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Jurisdiction for disputes shall be determined by the franchise authorization agreement or the principal office of Qanoon Group.

Acceptance

By applying for or operating a Qanoon House franchise, the applicant or operator confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and agrees to comply with all Qanoon Group franchise standards and supervisory requirements.
